Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work from your preferred location. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools to gather pertinent information.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, client needs, and best clinical practices, ensuring alignment with established therapeutic goals.
• Provide telehealth counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant platforms, adapting methodologies and approaches to best fit individual client needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting progress and treatment interventions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals and community resources, to provide comprehensive support for client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer consultation to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will serve a diverse population of clients, including individuals with varying mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
• A current and active license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of three years of experience in providing counseling services in clinical settings with a strong emphasis on individual therapy.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is strongly preferred, ensuring fluency in utilizing technology for client engagement.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical experience with diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement group therapy sessions tailored to specific mental health concerns.

Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and expertise, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation.
