Work Environment

This role is designed for a remote work setting that prioritizes flexibility while ensuring team connectivity. Although most services will be delivered virtually, the counselor will engage in regular team meetings, case discussions, and clinical supervision through digital platforms. Our goal is to create a work environment that not only promotes effective client care but also supports the well-being and professional development of our staff. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client mental health needs and establish appropriate intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement personalized evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive treatment integrated into each client's care plan.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record systems.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and learning.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will have the opportunity to work with both adults and adolescents, offering tailored support that addresses their psychological and emotional needs. Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Massachusetts is required.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus potential bonuses.
