As an LMHC, you will engage with clients via teletherapy sessions, utilizing the latest technology to ensure seamless communication and support. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and work toward their recovery goals.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address the specific challenges faced by clients, ensuring evidence-based methodologies are utilized.
• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and family support staff—to enhance holistic client care.
• Provide guidance and resources to families and caregivers, promoting a supportive network around clients as they navigate their mental health challenges.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to respond effectively to changing needs and circumstances.
• Identify and address behavioral patterns that affect recovery and provide psychoeducation to clients and families for better understanding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health issues and a comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients in a meaningful manner.
• Competence in remote therapy platforms and digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Professional training or certification in evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience in creating and managing treatment plans effectively and efficiently.
• Familiarity with medication management and its implications in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
