Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their backgrounds and challenges.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual goals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored for each client.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing targeted interventions to address diverse mental health issues and promote recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, participating in case meetings and consultations to enhance comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and progress, complying with all legal and ethical guidelines to protect patient confidentiality.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions and ongoing professional development activities to stay updated with the latest in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role engages with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with various mental health disorders ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction. Many of our clients have unique backgrounds and experiences that shape their needs, and your ability to build rapport and provide individualized attention will be critical in facilitating their healing journeys.

Qualifications

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• A master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in mental health settings, with a focus on effective therapeutic techniques.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based practices tailored for mental health treatment, alongside a commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in telehealth and familiarity with virtual treatment platforms is highly desirable.
• Knowledge or specialization in treating specific populations or disorders, such as addiction, trauma, or mood disorders.
• Previous involvement in collaborative care settings and experience working within interdisciplinary teams is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to the salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
