Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, enabling our counselors to engage with clients through telehealth platforms, which allows for flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, discuss challenges, and schedule upcoming appointments.
• Develop, execute, and adjust person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, actively involving them in the process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to support client care and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds and current challenges.
• Lead individual therapy sessions weekly, providing tailored psychotherapy services to facilitate thought and behavior modifications.
• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to refine skills and enhance professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Uphold a growth mindset in daily practice, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
• A current, unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
• Proficiency with technology, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, and telehealth software.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated capability in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families with a variety of mental health concerns.
• Comfort and experience conducting comprehensive intake assessments and evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation model operates on a Fee-for-Service basis with guaranteed rates, ensuring clinicians receive pay upfront rather than waiting for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
