Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license issued by the state board, including LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, ensuring you can practice independently.
• Proficient computer literacy for effectively utilizing our online therapy platform and other digital tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we encourage candidates with more extensive backgrounds in therapeutic counseling, particularly in remote settings, to apply. Experience in various psychological assessments and intervention techniques will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We highly value our workforce, offering a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and USD 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked. Additional benefits include:
