Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing clinical tools and standardized screening methods.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on clients' specific goals and needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Provide various therapeutic interventions such as individual, family, and group therapy sessions that are tailored to each patient’s circumstances.
• Monitor clients’ progress through continuous tracking and documentation, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Respond to clients in crisis with appropriate interventions and support, ensuring a safe and responsive therapeutic environment.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, participating in regular audits and compliance checks.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer holistic care plans and coordinate services for multidisciplinary treatment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending relevant workshops and training, to stay current with the latest mental health research and treatment techniques.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by licensing boards and organizations, promoting best practices within the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with diverse populations seeking support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role will require a deep understanding of various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds to provide personalized care and ensure that all clients feel understood, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment capabilities and proficiency in diagnostic procedures.
