Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients as appropriate, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform the creation of individualized care plans that consider cultural diversity and specific patient needs.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary, using evidence-based methods to support mental health diagnoses and promote recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
