Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. The focus is on helping these individuals develop valuable skills and insights to enhance their lives. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A clean professional record, free of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills complemented by a sympathetic and understanding nature.

• Strong computer literacy to facilitate the management of client communication and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, those with a background in teletherapy or experience in outpatient settings will find themselves well-prepared to excel in our remote environment.
