Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and functional capabilities in their home environments to craft effective treatment approaches.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate diverse therapeutic methods, including exercises, stretching techniques, and advanced manual therapy.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required to optimize recovery and achieve therapeutic goals.
