Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to gain a clear understanding of clients' mental health status and immediate needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Sterling Health Counseling Center, you will work primarily with adult clients from diverse backgrounds who present varied mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will focus on providing client-centered care that not only addresses immediate challenges but also promotes long-term emotional health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and an unyielding non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills essential for handling multiple clients and responsibilities simultaneously.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional license boards.
