This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a dynamic team of mental health professionals. As part of our collaborative work environment, you will engage in regular consultation and supervision with colleagues and will have access to a network of professionals for referrals and collaborative care. Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing is provided to optimize your focus on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license in your state or jurisdiction, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of experience working directly with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling quick rapport-building with clients and fostering trust.

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus, though not required.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we value additional expertise in specific therapeutic practices, particularly if you have dealt with clinical issues such as PTSD, substance abuse, or family dynamics. Experience in group facilitation and community outreach initiatives is also highly regarded.
