This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Red Bank, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, injuries, and surgeries in our rehabilitation facility.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress accurately in electronic health records, ensuring that all treatments and responses are recorded for continuity of care.
• Adjusting treatment strategies based on reassessment results to ensure optimal outcomes for your patients.
• Educating patients on their conditions and involving them in their treatment process through setting achievable goals.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Providing caregiver training on how to support rehabilitation efforts at home.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and evolving treatments by attending workshops and engaging with professional communities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will primarily be on patients dealing with orthopedic injuries and surgeries, which may include sports injuries, post-operative recovery, chronic pain conditions, and rehabilitation following trauma. You will work with a wide age range, providing specialized care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in basic computer applications.
• A flexible and agile mindset, capable of adapting interventions based on patient needs and progress.

Preferred Experience

While prior work experience is not required, candidates with experience in orthopedic rehabilitation settings or who have completed clinical rotations in this specialty will be given preference. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, along with an excellent benefits package that includes:
