Work Environment

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from your home while connecting with clients on Camano Island, Washington, and beyond. As part of a community health clinic, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a supportive and collaborative relationship with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to gather detailed histories of clients' mental, emotional, and environmental needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals and challenges.
• Implement evidence-based treatments tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Document all sessions, including writing timely intake reports and progress notes, through our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
• Utilize outcome measures to continuously evaluate and track client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize results.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to ensure collaborative care and share insights that enhance our service delivery.
• Assist in community outreach efforts to promote mental health and raise awareness about available services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals such as children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As part of our community health clinic, you will address various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and family dynamics. Your role will be essential in providing culturally competent care and tailoring interventions to suit the different backgrounds and experiences of our clients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related fields is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• An active Washington State license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) is essential for this role.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a strong capacity for effective therapeutic practice.
• Training and experience implementing evidence-based practices are required to ensure the quality of care.
• Proficient writing skills for composing quality notes and intake reports that meet clinical standards.
• Strong time management skills to balance client caseloads and administrative duties effectively.
• Residents of Washington State are preferred, ensuring familiarity with the local healthcare landscape and population needs.

• A proven track record of working successfully in a remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and accountability.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams or within community health settings, to enhance client care.
• Knowledge of and sensitivity towards the unique challenges faced by the local community, with a proactive approach to addressing these issues.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, our benefits package includes:
