Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (Telehealth) - Full-Time

Position Overview

The Replicate Counseling Center is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a full-time telehealth provider. In this role, you will provide essential therapy services to children and adults, enabling them to overcome personal challenges and improve overall mental health. Working primarily during weekdays from Monday to Friday, you will contribute to a supportive and dynamic client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual individual, group, and family therapy to clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns in a compassionate manner.
• Conduct assessments and therapy sessions tailored to meet the mental and emotional needs of clients, including children and families.
• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational groups, parenting workshops, and other support classes that enhance client coping strategies and overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client case materials and progress notes, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation and billing standards.
• Meet contractual obligations by achieving designated hours of billable therapy sessions, contributing to the clinic's overall financial health.
• Collaborate with colleagues to engage in case discussions, share best practices, and promote integrated care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client demographic ranges from children facing developmental challenges to adults navigating life transitions or mental health disorders. The therapist will focus on developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and facilitate meaningful progress in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience in counseling services is required, demonstrating your ability to effectively manage diverse client cases.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing client records and administrative paperwork.
• A self-motivated individual capable of maintaining productivity in a remote work setting, with the initiative to manage documentation and billing processes efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in telehealth settings and proficiency with relevant virtual communication tools are preferred. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based practices in psychotherapy will be an asset in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year, complemented by an attractive benefits package that enhances your overall compensation. Benefits include:
