Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HCA Wellness Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique circumstances and preferences of each client.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the highest standards of care.

• Collaborating closely with other mental health professionals, educational staff, and community resources to ensure an integrated, holistic approach to client care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance professional development and optimize the quality of care.

• Providing psychoeducation and support to clients and their families regarding mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources.

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families in a school-based context. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
