Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Kings View Counseling Services, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients of all ages, including school-aged children and adolescents, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Utilize our billing service to manage claims and ensure smooth transitions in client and insurance accounts receivable.
\n
• Document therapy sessions, including notes and record-keeping, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients and maintain an organized calendar to manage your practice efficiently.
\n
• Work with a diverse range of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet individual client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to provide therapeutic services to students within the school system. You will engage with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and academic stressors. Collaborating closely with educators and families, you will facilitate interventions promoting emotional wellbeing and academic success, ensuring that each child receives tailored care that supports their unique journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required.

• Current LCSW licensure to practice independently in Texas is mandatory.

• Availability for a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 2 evenings weekly, to better accommodate client needs.
