Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and to coordinate future appointments and discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.

• Carry out intake assessments to evaluate and understand the needs of new clients effectively.
\n
• Participate in one-on-one supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and maintain a high standard of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, alongside a robust benefits package. We also offer a bonus structure and a fee-for-service model where you can expect guaranteed rates with payments made in advance of collections.
