Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based techniques to guide clients through their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance teamwork and patient care strategies, fostering a culture of open communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients who have experienced trauma, struggle with anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties, ensuring they receive tailored, compassionate care that aligns with their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
