Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adolescents and young adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as either an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PsyD is required.

• Strong commitment to evidence-based therapeutic practices, with a focus on personalized care for clients.

• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth services, particularly to adolescent and young adult populations.

• Advanced proficiency in using technology for therapy and documentation, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• A disciplined and professional demeanor, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two or more years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year , commensurate with your experience and caseload.
