Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, gathering comprehensive data to inform treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary treatment teams, ensuring integrated care by participating in case discussions to track client progress.

• Educate and support clients’ families, engaging them actively in the recovery process through structured family therapy and psychoeducation.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in accordance with state regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with client confidentiality and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications\n

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an active state license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated experience (minimum of two years) in providing telehealth services, particularly to adolescents and young adults.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging clients and families.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and proficiency in technology, including Google Suite.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Duality Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience.
