Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments of children and adolescents, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs.

• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account developmental stages, family dynamics, and cultural contexts, ensuring the most effective and personalized care.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, to address conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate with a team of child psychiatrists and fellow counselors to ensure holistic, coordinated care for each patient, facilitating optimal outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• A solid foundation in child and adolescent mental health disorders, including familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus.
