Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns comprehensively, assessing their strengths and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaboratively develop and implement personalized treatment plans that specify individualized goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducational classes that empower clients with skills and knowledge essential for their recovery journey.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, ensuring a cohesive approach to care and optimal client outcomes.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as necessary to manage acute client needs effectively.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance-use disorders, as well as individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required.
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and treatment frameworks.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in detox or substance use treatment environments is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
