Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Strong Human Therapy Solutions, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, goals, and progress.
• Administering a wide array of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and interventions designed to enhance patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.
• Monitoring patients' progress consistently, analyzing results and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans, guided by patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Providing education and counseling to patients and their families, empowering them to understand their condition and teaching effective techniques to manage it, as well as strategies to prevent future injuries.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care that incorporates feedback and insights from various specialists.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation facility serves a diverse patient population, which includes individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with patients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

While new graduates are welcome to apply, preference will be given to candidates with previous clinical experience in rehabilitation settings, particularly in outpatient modalities. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies will provide an additional advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
