Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mental health services through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for clients.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' needs and craft tailored interventions.

• Utilize effective behavior management strategies to guide clients and families in their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing insightful counseling and psychotherapy that incorporates creative problem-solving.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents. Your experience in working with diverse populations will be crucial in tailoring your therapy approaches in a manner that is culturally competent and responsive to clients' unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LMFT state license.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of experience providing therapy to diverse client populations.

• Strong skills in conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and creating effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 3 years of experience is required, candidates with additional specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, family dynamics, or child psychology will be viewed favorably.
