Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ trauma histories and identify effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience, healing, and recovery for trauma survivors.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding patients as they process their trauma experiences and cultivate coping strategies.

• Engage in collaborative care with fellow mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive and integrated treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
