Work Environment

As an onsite provider in our rehabilitation facility, you will work in a collaborative and dynamic atmosphere with fellow clinicians and support staff. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offers resources to ensure all team members can deliver the highest standard of care. Expect a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, totaling 40 hours per week, designed to balance professional responsibilities with personal time.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Developing and implementing tailor-made treatment plans guided by physician referrals, addressing the specific needs of each patient.
• Administering therapeutic treatments that utilize evidence-based practices to support patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients and their families.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment effectiveness and optimize patient care.
• Delivering skilled therapeutic care either within the clinic or as part of home health visits, ensuring compliance with the physician's plan of care.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation processes and strategies for ongoing wellness.
• Meeting or exceeding utilization goals and contributing to the business's overall objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients, but you will also have the opportunity to treat individuals across various specialties including pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Your comprehensive understanding of these fields will allow you to address complex patient needs and contribute to long-term recovery strategies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating effectiveness in patient interactions.
• Proficient in computer systems and word processing, allowing for efficient documentation and communication.
• Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with patients to support their rehabilitation goals.
• A passion for positively engaging with patients and building community connections.

Preferred Experience

Although not mandatory, candidates with experience in advanced therapeutic modalities and a focus on evidence-based practices will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to integrate technology into treatment plans will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary structure, our benefits package includes:
