This role is performed in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work hours while maintaining a connection to our team. We operate our clinic Monday through Saturday, providing care to our clients within an outpatient framework. Clinicians at Conscious Growths enjoy the autonomy of creating their own schedules, supported by comprehensive in-house credentialing and management of insurance participation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing their unique needs through tailored clinical interventions.

• Document and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams regarding assessments, treatment plans, and client progress during regular meetings and rounds.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients meet their individualized service plans, ensuring consistency and quality of care.

• Manage case coordination by collaborating with healthcare and community professionals to provide comprehensive support for each client’s needs.

• Complete all required documentation ethically and in a timely manner, adhering to departmental protocols and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Conscious Growths, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
