Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and goals.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing modalities tailored to each client's preferences and needs.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress towards established therapeutic goals, making adjustments as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Stokes Health System, you will work with a diverse client base seeking support for various issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or a doctoral degree (PsyD) in psychology.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic attitude.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a virtual work setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy modalities and an understanding of digital tools for mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
