Key Responsibilities\n

In the capacity of a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, facilitating open discussions about emotions and experiences.

• Helping clients establish and achieve their therapeutic goals, utilizing tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will consist of stable adults experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are appropriate for teletherapy and have lower acuity levels. This allows you to focus your expertise on empowering clients towards positive change while building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Fully licensed to practice independently within the state of California as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients, coupled with a compassionate and empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in using computers and telehealth technology, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This important role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
