Key Responsibilities

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team comprising physicians, nursing staff, and occupational therapists to create an integrated treatment approach.
• Educating residents and their families about therapeutic exercise regimens and strategies to support ongoing health improvement outside of the clinical setting.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and complying with all state and federal therapeutic regulations.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
