This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide crucial services to families from the comfort of your own home. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the quality of care for children in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children enrolled in our programs, focusing on their developmental needs and family dynamics.
\n
• Play an active role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each plan is tailored to the child's unique needs.
\n
• Monitor and document outcomes, collaborating closely with team members to guarantee the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and education to families, equipping them with the skills necessary to promote their child's developmental progress.
\n
• Administer assessments according to best practices and comply with both Federal and State regulations to maintain service quality and safety.
\n
• Build strong rapport with children and families, fostering a trusting environment that promotes healthy development and learning.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to inform intervention strategies and family recommendations.
\n
• Implement coaching models and natural environment teaching, ensuring services are accessible and relevant to families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children from birth to three years of age, especially those who may face challenges in their developmental milestones. Through comprehensive social work services, you will help foster their growth in various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Engaging with families, you will provide the support they need to navigate challenges associated with disability or developmental delays.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification required.

• A valid driver’s license for any potential in-person family visits or assessments.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
