Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand children’s developmental needs.

• Participate actively in the creation, development, and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), based on each child's unique requirements.

• Monitor and evaluate outcomes as a collaborative team member, ensuring that interventions are data-driven and centered around the family's needs.

• Provide educational support to families, empowering them with strategies and resources to promote their child's development.
\n
• Drive compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations, ensuring ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

• Administer standardized assessments and personalize approaches according to diverse learning styles, enhancing each child's educational experience.

• Establish trustworthy and rapport-rich relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will support families in navigating challenges by providing early intervention resources and strategies, significantly contributing to improved developmental outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW designation, licensed by the Department of Public Health.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate of Social Work.

• Possession of a valid driver's license, enabling flexibility in attending meetings and community visits as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 80,000.
