Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations, to formulate appropriate and effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions as well as optional family, marriage, or group therapy sessions, adapting to the diverse needs of clients and utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement mental health screenings to accurately identify treatment needs and adjust plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices in therapy and stay updated on current trends in mental health.

• Document clinical information and maintain timely and accurate case notes in compliance with professional standards and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Contribute to community outreach efforts aimed at reducing stigma and promoting mental health awareness.

The ideal candidate will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, co-occurring disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is required (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Active licensure in Oregon as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Solid understanding of theoretical frameworks and current practices in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 100,000 and 105,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
