Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify their developmental needs.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's unique situation.
\n
• Monitor outcomes consistently, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective strategies are in place.
\n
• Provide thorough and empathetic support to families, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to promote their child's development.
\n
• Administer evaluations in compliance with all Federal and State regulations, maintaining the highest standard of care.
\n
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members to promote a constructive and safe learning environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to recommend strategies that align with families' priorities and enhance children's skills.
\n
• Implement the IFSP for enrolled families, adjusting recommendations based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
\n
• Coach families through effective strategies in natural environments to improve children's developmental experiences.
\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, safeguarding the wellbeing of all staff and the children we serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this position is young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, during the critical first three years of life. Our services emphasize early intervention, helping children build essential skills in areas such as cognition, communication, social/emotional development, and physical abilities. As an LCSW, you will be part of a proactive effort to optimize developmental outcomes, ensuring children are equipped for success as they transition to future educational settings.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Department of Public Health is required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license to travel to various locations.

• At least one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
