Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their mental health history and current challenges to form individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices to tailor interventions to each client’s specific needs.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to promote trust and integrity in the therapeutic relationship.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate care and enhance service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to collaboratively enhance treatment strategies and improve client outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources for comprehensive support.

• Engage in professional development activities by staying informed of recent developments within the mental health field to continually refine your skill set.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Rising Ground, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals confronting a range of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related stress, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques, with a strong ability to adapt interventions to meet individual client needs effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to engage with clients, families, and team members positively and constructively.
