Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations, to diagnose conditions affecting the musculoskeletal and nervous systems.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans focused on alleviating pain and improving function, under the supervision of licensed physicians.
• Perform various procedures, assist during surgeries, and provide necessary follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about specific medical conditions, explore treatment options, and discuss preventive care strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Document patient encounters meticulously in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring accurate and timely medical records are maintained.
• Participate in staff meetings to discuss case reviews, treatment protocols, and advancements in pain management strategies.
• Foster a positive relationship with patients to encourage compliance and improve therapy outcomes through regular follow-ups and motivational support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients experiencing chronic pain conditions, such as arthritis, neuropathy, and post-surgical pain. Our diverse patient community ranges from teenagers to seniors, each requiring tailored treatment approaches and effective communication to understand their unique healthcare needs. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• An active state license and certification as a Physician Assistant.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a medical setting, with a preference for those knowledgeable in multiple specialties, particularly pain management.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions confidently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a surgical or pain management setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with potential bonuses.
