Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, gathering detailed medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering appropriate diagnostic tests to formulate and refine treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians to develop cohesive, patient-centered treatment strategies that address both pain management and the underlying conditions.
• Perform a variety of interventional procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, and nerve blocks, ensuring that all procedures are executed with precision and under physician delegation.
• Monitor patients' progress meticulously and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, based on clinical evidence and patient feedback, to ensure optimal recovery paths.
• Provide essential patient education regarding pain management practices, medication options, and necessary lifestyle adjustments to empower patients in their healthcare journey.
• Work alongside a diverse team of healthcare providers, facilitating cohesive communication to ensure all aspects of a patient's pain management are covered.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure with board certification as a Physician Assistant.

Compensation and Benefits
