Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health struggles, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to promote resilience and emotional well-being.

• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting meaningful goals and suggesting appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed, providing ongoing support and adjustments to treatment plans.

• Utilize crisis intervention skills as necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring adherence to best practices in clinical care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients seeking healing.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
