Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments, utilizing standardized tools and techniques to identify needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at My Possibilities, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics that require intervention. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
