Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs while adhering to established practice guidelines.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, determining diagnosis and risk assessment including evaluations of suicide risk with careful documentation.
\n
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions and supportive counseling, addressing various therapeutic needs and patient goals.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention and offer emergency consultations, ensuring immediate and effective responses to clients in distress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals and support staff to optimize care and treatment strategies for clients with psychiatric disorders.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and progress reports consistent with ethical standards and occupational mandates.
\n
• Utilize electronic medical record systems efficiently for managing caseloads and client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, focusing particularly on women, especially mothers, who may face unique challenges and societal pressures. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.

• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism in digital correspondence.

• Proficiency in using computer applications, especially within Windows OS, and electronic documentation systems.

• Demonstrated experience with mental health assessments, community outreach, substance abuse counseling, and welfare support.

• A valid driver’s license is essential for potential on-site visits to veterans' homes and other locations as required.
