Work Environment\n

This remote position allows therapists to create a suitable workspace while delivering essential services via telehealth platforms. You will maintain a flexible work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on the needs of clients. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. Our clients include those dealing with anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and various behavioral issues. Our therapists play a crucial role in creating a supportive environment that enables these young patients to express themselves, thereby facilitating recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or another related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, including current evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience delivering individual and family therapy specifically for children and adolescents is essential.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling a compassionate and effective approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will possess at least two years of relevant clinical experience that includes hands-on involvement in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions among pediatric populations. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by opportunities for bonuses and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
