Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation process, contributing to the healing journey of your patients through the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to gather detailed information about their physical conditions and symptoms.
• Utilize your expertise to assess and diagnose movement dysfunctions accurately.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that detail therapeutic exercises, modalities, and techniques tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on how to perform therapeutic exercises correctly, promoting self-management and empowerment.
• Administer manual therapy techniques including stimulation and massage to expedite recovery and enhance healing.
• Assist patients in using mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs or walkers, ensuring they feel confident and secure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking progress against established goals, and modifying treatment plans as needed.
• Counsel patients and their families on in-home treatment options and exercises to reinforce their rehabilitation efforts outside the clinic.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey.

• Proficiency in computer applications related to patient care documentation and data management.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varied patient schedules and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, as you will be expected to integrate into our multidisciplinary team and contribute to patient care immediately. Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation protocols is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
