Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, including detailed psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and thorough risk assessments to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring inclusivity in the therapeutic process.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various settings including one-on-one sessions, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and continuity.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in accordance with organizational policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills to effectively manage their mental health conditions and fostering a proactive approach to care.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, with actual compensation contingent upon work experience, education, geographic location, and skill level.
