Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop effective treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other innovative approaches tailored to client needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring all treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments are documented in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
