Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and identify their unique mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and somatic-based techniques.

• Engage with clients through meaningful dialogue, actively listening to their concerns and facilitating self-exploration to promote healing.

• Utilize emergency intervention procedures to ensure client safety during crises, providing immediate support and resources.

• Facilitate therapeutic exercises and role-playing activities to aid clients in processing experiences and developing coping mechanisms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on your experience and case load.
