Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patient's trauma history and determine the most suitable treatment strategies.

  Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery, resilience-building, and skill development.

  Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

  Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, cultivate coping mechanisms, and advance in their recovery journey.

  Engage in collaborative care by partnering with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to mitigate risk and enhance overall treatment outcomes.

  Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.

  Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses and available resources, fostering informed and empowered decision-making.

  Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on clients dealing with the aftermath of trauma, including PTSD and complex trauma scenarios. You will work closely with individuals of various backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient. Qualifications\n

  A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

  A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is essential for this role.

  A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, specifically focused on trauma-related disorders, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually , reflecting experience and qualifications.
