Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Ace Psychotherapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and expressed needs.

• Providing individual therapy sessions to adult clients, employing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Utilizing teletherapy technology to deliver virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention services when necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Engaging in professional development activities, such as attending workshops and trainings, to keep up-to-date with the latest mental health practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our team primarily works with a diverse population of adult clients, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will be integral in guiding clients toward achieving their mental health goals, fostering resilience, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active license as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities to maintain a consistent and productive caseload.

• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy or those who have worked in diverse clinical settings will have an advantage.
