Work Environment

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to manage your schedule while engaging meaningfully with clients. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with no expectations for evenings or weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, using standardized diagnostic tools to inform treatment plans.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized behavioral health services tailored to each client's particular needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care providers, to ensure integrated care delivery that addresses both physical and mental health needs.
• Maintain strict adherence to mental health policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide timely intakes and evaluations for new clients, focusing on building rapport and trust from the outset of the client relationship.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, utilizing de-escalation techniques to manage acute situations effectively.
• Refer clients requiring specialized care or inpatient services to appropriate external resources, ensuring continuity of care.
• Screen for substance abuse and mental health concerns, providing counseling support or referrals for clients needing additional assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves a diverse population facing a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related conditions. Our clientele comprises individuals at various life stages, including adults and families dealing with grief, loss, or chronic illness. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Oregon is essential.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate clinical concepts clearly to both clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
