Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Track and document patient outcomes, modifications to treatment plans, and any significant changes in patient conditions.
• Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatment goals and plans to ensure that therapeutic targets are met effectively.
• Implement training sessions for patients and their families on the use of assistive devices and proper therapy techniques.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, professional organizations, and peer networking to stay current with industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes a wide age range, with treatments spanning from pediatric to geriatric care. You will work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, post-accident rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state licensure in Florida as a Physical Therapist.

• Current CPR certification.
• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
